Rabbi Pesach Lerner
Rabbi Pesach Lerner, D.Adm., is the founder and director of THE YIEP, YESHIVA INITIATIVES EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMS, in association with Bellevue University of Bellevue-Omaha, Nebraska. THE YIEP www.THEYIEP.com has been educating members of the Orthodox Jewish community for 15 years and has graduated many hundreds of undergraduate and graduate students.
Rabbi Lerner is the Executive Vice-President Emeritus of the National Council of Young Israel (NCYI), where he served for 25 years, and is co-chairman of the American Friends of the International Young Israel movement, Israel region. Rabbi Lerner created the Rabbinic Training Program and the Certificate Program in Not For Profit Management, at NCYI, in association with Touro College. Rabbi Lerner is a founder and senior Rabbinic board member of the Coalition for Jewish Values. Rabbi Lerner holds Rabbinic ordination and advanced degrees in Talmudic Law from the Ner Israel Rabbinical College of Baltimore, Maryland (where he was the Academic Advisor and off-campus College Coordinator). He also holds undergraduate, graduate and post-graduate certificates and degrees in Business, Education and Not-for-Profit Organizational Systems. Rabbi Lerner speaks throughout the United States and Israel on the Land of Israel, the greater Jewish community, and the world of the not-for-profit organization. His articles have been published in numerous Jewish newspapers and magazines. |
