L’Chaim: Eating Well, Feeling Great
Adela Buckman, MS
Adela holds a master’s in Nutrition from Columbia University and a bachelor’s in Biology from Brandeis University. Adela’s passion in nutrition grew out of many hours in the kitchen and a desire to help people suffering from chronic health issues through lifestyle change. Through after-school programming, summer programs and one-on-one counseling she helps individuals find balance in their diet and lives. She believes that through good relationships with food, we can prevent many diseases and live healthier, happier lives. "Every week will include a lecture, real-life case scenarios, smart swap ideas, recipes and more! Students will also have the opportunity to participate in a six-week health challenge!"
