What is Michlelet Chana?
Michlelet Chana is a Chabad post seminary academy, our major is Judaica studies, we focus on Chassidus, Halacha and Jewish home studies.
What kind of programs do we offer?
Michlelet Chana offers a Kodesh Learning program and vocational courses.
What are my options for learning in Michlelet Chana?
KODESH LEARNING - Full time students require a minimum of 16 hours of learning per week and are eligible for a F1-Student visa. - Part time students require a minimum of 4 hours per week (Not eligible for a F1-Student visa). VOCATIONAL COURSES Michelet Chana offers an array of life skill courses which expand your horizons going further, we offer training in the following fields: - Makeup Artistry - Sheitel and Hair Styling - Graphic Design - Culinary arts - Interior Design
Michlelet Chana program has 2 semesters per year, Fall Semester: September-January and Spring Semester: February-June. Your option is to join at the beginning of the semester, to check about other starting dates please contact us through email ([email protected])
What is the registration process?
Register online for full time students – LINK REGISTRATION.
Pay a $100 registration fee via paypal ([email protected]) or credit card.

What is the visa process?
Complete your registration process.

Can I receive credits for the hours that I learn?
You can transfer any seminary credits and along with your complete 2 year’s program in our school you can receive a BA equivalent degree, we partnered with THE YIEP www.THEYIEP.com, YESHIVA INITIATIVES EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMS, in association with Bellevue University of Bellevue-Omaha, Nebraska, they will accept our credits which will allow you to start learning for your MA.
How long does it take to do the F1- Student Visa process?
- You should complete the registration process (NUMBER OF THE QUESTION BEFORE) (2 weeks) - We will start your government Visa form named I-20 in order to get your SEVIS ID. (1 week) - With your SEVIS ID you can request an appointment by your local American consulate and get the visa approval. The waiting time for appointment varies from state to state and depends on the time of the year, usually the consulate will accommodate visa student appointments before tourists. (2 weeks – 1 Month).
